At EK Holistic Living we value our clients feedback, advice, opinion and current health conditions. Your safety and our staff(s) safety is our priority and we request full transparency and disclosure of all relevant and important medical concerns for each client at time of booking sessions and or events.
The holistic services provided by EK Holistic Living, including Breathwork, Reiki, Spinal Energetics and Sound Healing are solely intended to promote relaxation, balance and general wellbeing.
All sessions will vary for each client, not one is the same at any time. Some breathwork and energetics healing sessions may involve physical movement, breathing exercises, emotional releases and postural adjustments that can impact the body both physically and emotionally. We encourage all clients to listen to their own bodies, participate at a pace that feels comfortable and avoid any movements that may cause discomfort or strain. Please also request for support from your facilitator throughout the sessions, workshop or event if additional support and guidance is required.

By participating and booking service(s) such as 1:1 in-person/online session(s), Circles, Events and or corporate Workshops offered by Ek Holistic Living, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own Mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Each client is responsible for consulting with medical professionals where necessary, and full transparency and disclosure is required with Ek Holistic Living. This will be taken via signed waiver forms (in person/online) to assure our work and service is safe, based on present medical advice or your needs at the time of booking. Fees, Cancellation/Rescheduling, No Show and Refund Policy
At EK Holistic Living, we aim to provide the best quality service, and we value the time and commitment of each client. Our cancellation, no-show, rescheduling and refund policies help ensure the best experience for both client and service provider. We advise you to read carefully, and we acknowledge that by booking our service(s), you agree to abide by our policies to respect everyone's time and maintain the quality of our service(s).
Appointment fees
Appointment fees are set and will not be discounted upon request, except during specified promotional offers offered directly by EK Holistic Living. All appointment fees are non-refundable. Once booking is confirmed and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellation and rescheduling
We recognise that sometimes unexpected changes in circumstances occur and people are unable to proceed with session bookings. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as early as possible so we can find a new time that works well for you and our service. The following cancellation fees apply;
Advance notice- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to 48 hours, please notify us as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation in giving us advance notice, as this allows another client the opportunity to fill your time slot.
48 hour rescheduling window- You are allowed to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without incurring any fees. This can be done through the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
24 hour rescheduling window- Please note that any requests made within 24hrs of the session booking is subject to a rescheduling fee. Please contact us via email or contact number to discuss changes required.
No-show or late cancellation
Strictly all appointment fees are non-refundable, regardless of the timing of the cancellation or rescheduling request. If you cancel, reschedule, or do not attend your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, your payment will not be credited or refunded under any circumstances.
Emergency Situations
If an emergency arises, please contact us directly as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations. We will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.
Service provider cancellation
EK Holistic Living reserves the right to cancel 1:1 session bookings, circles, workshops or events, if there are insufficient numbers or other circumstances which require cancellation (ie lockdown or other unacceptable risks). In this case, a full refund will be provided to clients to their nominated account or initial payment option.
Refund Policy
Once booking is confirmed and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We do not offer refunds for change of mind for any of our service(s).
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in honouring these policies, as they help us provide the best possible services to all current and future clients at EK Holistic Living.
Appointment Reminders
Confirmation Email: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Please review this information carefully.
Reminder Notifications: We may send reminder notifications as your appointment date approaches. These reminders are a courtesy and not a substitute for your responsibility to remember your appointment.
Client Responsibility
As a valued client, your commitment to our policies ensures a positive and smooth experience for everyone involved. We kindly ask you to:
Be punctual: Arrive on time for scheduled in person/online session bookings to make the most of your session. Late arrivals, will reduce the available time for your session.
Communicate changes: Notify us promptly of any health or medical changes prior to session booking. This will allow sufficient time to accommodate any changes and practice safety precautions for any practices if required.
Be mindful of service booking policies: Review and adhere to our cancellation. no-show and refund policies. This will help us maintain the quality and availability of our services.
Seek medical advice: Prior to service booking, we strongly advise you seek any medical advice for any concerns or conditions, ensuring you consult qualified health care providers. Our services are complimentary in nature, and by no means a substitute for medical care.
We acknowledge that you have read all FAQs and Contraindications listed in the website policy and confirm full understanding of your rights, prior to booking a service(s).
