How many sessions do I need to see results?

The number of energy healing sessions needed varies for each person, based on individual goals, needs, and responses to the healing process.

Many clients carry years of unprocessed emotions, which may require more than one session to address fully. It’s essential to listen to your body’s cues and create a sense of safety within yourself, allowing each journey to be processed and integrated safely.

Ultimately, the ideal number of sessions is personal and can be guided by how you feel after each session and recommendations from your practitioner. Trusting your intuition and listening to your body’s responses will help you determine what feels right moving forward.

Does movement impact the outcome of my session?

Whether you experience movement or remain still, it doesn’t affect the overall result of your healing session. Each person is unique, with different life experiences and responses. How our bodies react is simply a reflection of what the nervous system has held onto for years and what it feels safe to release at that moment. Some people process emotions internally, while others may express them physically.

Movement can signify stagnant energy that the body’s innate intelligence is working to release. Others may process these emotions and shifts internally, noticing changes gradually after each session. For many, the initial sessions can be very subtle, and our aim is to create safety within your body.

There’s no right or wrong way to experience energy healing. The most important thing is to follow your body’s guidance, allowing yourself to release and move in whatever feels safe and natural to you.

How can I best prepare before my session?

Preparing for an energy and breathwork session can help you get the most out of your experience. Here are some simple tips.

  • Reflect on your intention: what do you hope to gain from this session?

  • Hydrate well beforehand

  • Wear comfortable clothes

  • Avoid heavy meals

  • Have an open mind

  • Centre yourself: deep breaths and grounding

  • Journal to write down any thoughts after each journey

  • Preparing in these ways will help you feel grounded and ready to engage and embrace each journey fully.

Do you offer a blend of energetics, breathwork and sound healing?

Absolutely!

Most clients often prefer incorporating two or more modalities in a single session. Guided by intuition, I use an initial assessment to understand what the body asks for. Sessions can be tailored to focus on one modality or combine multiple ones to create a more powerful and beneficial impact on your nervous system.

You can allow me to guide you, or you can let me know before our time together.

How do I prepare for an online session, and are they as effective as in-person sessions?

Energy is infinite; it can be accessed and shared regardless of distance or physical boundaries. This interconnectedness forms the basis of my work and demonstrates how we can access the energy field to facilitate healing, balance, and alignment.

It is essential that we are intentional with how we prepare for online healing sessions. This will really help you get the most out of each experience.

Here are some simple tips:

  • Create a quiet, comfortable and safe space

  • Ensure your technology devices are working before your session starts

  • Dress comfortably

  • Stay hydrated

  • Ground your body through breath techniques (especially if you are feeling a bit nervous before your session), keep a journal nearby and set a powerful intention with each journey. Intention is key! and our willingness to be open allows each experience to be unique and beneficial to what our body requires on the day.

What can I expect after a session, will there be any side effects?

No one has the same experience, and it can differ from person to person. This often depends on many factors, including how our body is able to release, process, and integrate the experience on a given day.

You can experience moments of happiness or lowness, headaches, fatigue, or energisation. Remember that this is your body’s way of integrating the experience and releasing what no longer serves you.

In each journey, we help integrate what the nervous system is struggling to process, which can be uncomfortable at times. Others will also feel and experience minimal changes.

It is important to trust the process and our bodies' innate intelligence and ensure that we can integrate the experience. This will allow our minds to understand and process all the wisdom that resurfaces in each journey.

There is no right or wrong. It all depends on how we perceive the experience.
